“Well priced & usually easy to deal with.
Delayed delivery with no explanation and missing items.
Slow response to complaint & poor communications. Missing items finally arrived 11 days late.”
“I was a little nervous about ordering here after reading a couple of bad reviews - but don’t be put off as we are all human and mistakes can happen. We replaced our interlinked smoke alarms with 10yr lithium ones. Not only did this company have the best price they also followed they with their guaranteed next day delivery with everything as ordered. Top notch - will deffo use again. Thank you!”
“Lots of these smoke alarms on eBay with reduced life but got these for virtually same price from a reputable electrical store. Why gamble with a life saving device. Direct replacement for previous ionisation model, slot old one out, slot new one in. I’ll almost certainly use this store to replace my hard wired carbon monoxide when it requires replacing.”
