“I always buy from here as the prices are good. Communication could be a little better and can sometimes take a while to here back from them. Over the time I have used them to supply CCTV equipment, I have noticed a markiable change for the better in the quickness of responses.
One thing that could be better is them updating the tracking information on orders as its difficult to know when stuff is being delivered.”

I ordered two VERY large and heavy batteries on line.
When they came, I found that they had a bit of bubble wrap around them and were sent in a plastic bag. The bag had more or less disintegrated. How they got to me in one piece is a miracle. It seems luck was on my side as they were undamaged!!!!
I would suggest in future that you use a more robust system of packaging, or your review score will plummet.”

“Not really happy. The day before I ordered I messaged to ask if it was definitely next day delivery which I was told it was. 2 days went by and still no delivery. I then called and asked what was going on and was told they had not dispatched and didn’t know why. I then was told I could change the delivery address to my site address (so I did). I drove 1.5 hours to my job to wait for the delivery and it turned up back at my house! Cost me 2 days work and a lot of messing about. I ordered from here as they had good prices but with all the messing about I was a lot worse off!”
