“i had to replace two smoke alarms. The new model needed was made clear by the manufacturer I ordered two at a very competitive price. They were delivered the next day within 24 hours of placing the order. Fitting each alarm took about 5 minutes. What can I say. Electrical Wholesaler had what I needed, gave the best value I have experienced and delivered the fastest.”
“Packaging on recent order was not adequate for fragile contents and one of the light bulbs had been smashed in transit. Please advise procedure for re-placement or refund.”
“Very good company to do business with. The ordering process is very easy and the goods were delivered in very quick time and very well packaged to ensure no damages.I would definitely use them again.”
“I’m really quite chuffed with the purchase I’m in the process of connecting it into a small 6‘ x 4‘ shed Internally decorated with pine cladding. It will be used as a changing room for mountain bike guests after a cold wet muddy ride.”
“Excellent products and prices! My lamp arrived in record time and was a good £50 cheaper than elsewhere on the high street. I will be using electrical wholesalers 4 u again when ordering lighting for other rooms!”
“Should have been next day delivery, ordered Saturday delivered Wednesday. Simple item 1.5T&E. 1mm t&e delivered not impressed. Next delivery Saturday. Highly unlikely to order again.”
“Price was competitive and my order has now been received, but it was advertised as next day delivery and took over a week to arrive.
I wouldn't have had an issue with the dispatch being delayed because one of the items was out of stock if they had bothered to let me know, or if they had called me back after my first phone call as promised, rather than me having to call a second time to try and find out what was happening.”
“Excellent price, service, advise, and delivery. What they said would happen with my delivery actually happened exactly as advised. Goods well packaged and arrived within the hour advised on the delivery day advised. Will definitely keep them on my list of suppliers for electrical items.”
“This is the 3rd time I have ordered from electrical wholesalers4u.com. On the 1st order one of the item became faulty but they replaced the item for me with good customer care, which is why I continue to order from them.”
