“Delivery was very quick, however I only received part of the order despite the advice note saying that the order was complete. Took an email and two long phone calls to get the balance sent which arrived the following day. This was a little frustrating for a relatively small £400 order.”
“Excellent service which I couldn’t fault. Will have no hesitation in use them again in the future. Highly recommendable. What a pity other suppliers aren’t as good.”
“The smoke detector I ordered was delivered promptly, extremely well packaged, and is already installed and working properly. The shipping cost to our Scottish island was reasonable. As a result I am about to order more from this supplier.”
“The spped of delivery was excellent - a package arrived the next day. Unfortunately only half of the order had been dispatched and after a phone call to the wholesaler to advise this the 2nd item was sent and has been received”
