“I had a problem with the blouse I had purchased. When I got home there was a black mark on it! How it got there is anyone’s guess, as I’d tried it on in the shop and it was perfect. I phoned them and they arranged a return postage, then returned it to me in perfect condition. I can only guess that it picked up the mark when the shop assistant was wrapping it up. Full marks though for their after sales service, I’ll certainly be shopping again at Elizabeth Rose as it’s one of my favourite shops.”

“I frequently buy clothes from Elizabeth Rose online. I discovered this fabulous shop whilst on holiday in Tenterden, several years ago. The service is excellent, items arrive within a couple of days, always beautifully folded and wrapped. Any returns I make, which are few and far between, are credited to my account extremely quickly. I find their clothes to be very good, ranging from classical to quite quirky, something to suit all tastes. Not a cheap shop but everything is good quality, and the prices are comparable to high end high street chains. I shall certainly be shopping there in the future”
