It was a very quick and easy process i also made a mistake with the the postage so I called and spoke to a lovely lady called Jackie who sorted it all out for me. The item turned up on time beautifully boxed and in perfect condition. I love to shop at Emilie et Rose their baby clothes are so beautiful and well made and the quality of the fabric is amazing.
