It looks beautiful but disappointed. The first time wearing it just to walk out in pushchair the stitching had come away down the side... wouldn't have liked to have paid full price for it.. However I have bought other items and been really happy with them.

I'm sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with one of the garments that you've received from us. Hello Claire. I am sorry that you are unhappy with your experience with us. After some investigation, I can see that your parcel was dispatched on the same day as the order was placed. It reached the destination country within a few days and travelled through the customs clearance department. A customs charge was issued to you using the contact details provided on your order. Unfortunately, the fee was not paid in time, and after the 14 day period had lapsed the parcel was rejected and is in the process of being returned to sender. We will of course refund your order when it arrives back to us, alternatively we could arrange for the parcel to be resent to you. It would be fantastic if we could resolve this issue for you.
