“I really like the clothes, but i have problems with the delivery process because I paid for the shipping and it’s not delivered to my house I have to go to the post office to pick up the order it’s better if it’s delivered to my door.”

Hi Raghad, thank you for your positive review. We use Royal Mail to send to Saudi Arabia and they partner with Saudi Post. Unfortunately, Saudi Post will only deliver to a local post office where parcels need to be collected, but we use this service to keep shipping costs down for our customers.

Hi Christena, I'm sorry to hear that you have been charged fees on your order by Anpost. This charge is invalid as babywear is not vatable in Southern Ireland. I have emailed you with full details on how to reclaim the fees that you have paid. We have reported this issue to Anpost and Irish Customs and are hoping for a resolution soon. On a more positive note, we're pleased to hear you loved your outfit!
