“No I was not happy as 2 gifts ordered and had to open as both different to see which was what. Not sure how this happened as frequently bought 2 and always a post it note to tell me.”

Hi Anne, I'm sorry that your gift boxes didn't have any indication of the product inside. I can only imagine that as there was one gift message to cover both gifts, that the person who gift wrapped your items thought that this was not needed. I will re-iterate to our staff to make sure that in future they always do this. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
