“Although I love the baby girl's clothes at Emile et Rose and the delivery was excellent, I will not be making further purchases. I purchased on the UK site for delivery to Ireland. Postage cost €10:95 & then I was charged €18:95 at customs .......so beware of these costs before purchasing.”

Hi Finola, I'm sorry to hear that you have paid fees on your delivery. Unfortunately, we do have an ongoing issue with Irish Customs and Anpost, who have been incorrectly charging VAT to some of our customers. Babywear is non-vatable in Ireland, so providing your order is not in excess of €150, you should not have been charged at all. On our website we do advise our customers to contact us if this happens. I will email you separately with details on how you can claim a refund from Anpost for the fees you have paid. On a positive note, it's nice to hear that you loved our clothes and service !
