“Bought item for 2 children unfortunately both were gift boxed together so l had to disturb the lovely package to take one item out, l had stated which item was to be wrapped at time of order. Both items are beautiful. Would definitely have been 5 stars if instructions had been followed.”

Hi Christena, I'm sorry to hear that you have been charged fees on your order by Anpost. This charge is invalid as babywear is not vatable in Southern Ireland. I have emailed you with full details on how to reclaim the fees that you have paid. We have reported this issue to Anpost and Irish Customs and are hoping for a resolution soon. On a more positive note, we're pleased to hear you loved your outfit!

“Both the outfit and little teddy were beautiful. Very fast delivery but after paying for a gift box the gift box came very dented and had to rebox as didn’t look presentable to gift. Better delivery packaging needed for gifts please 🤩”

Hi Laura, thank you for leaving such lovely comments regarding the items and prompt service you received from us. With our gift boxes, they are sent within an outer carton to protect them in transit so, we are equally disappointed that the box arrived dented and could not be used.
