Hi Anne, I'm sorry that your gift boxes didn't have any indication of the product inside. I can only imagine that as there was one gift message to cover both gifts, that the person who gift wrapped your items thought that this was not needed. I will re-iterate to our staff to make sure that in future they always do this. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

“Great product. My daughter had hers for just over 5 years and although it had discoloured from daily use it always washed well. We’ve had 2/3 extra in that time and never had a problem with any of them.”
