While I certainly was impressed with how well the medication worked, I wish I had been forewarned about the risk for those who have had myoclonic seizures in the past. I had one after taking my second dose of the medication.

hi, it has helped a lot, except I feel a little headache but also reduced sleep but when I go to the gym, it has decreased, I want to know if I can take it even if I'm not going to have sex,

No instructions for application other than dosage. Would be nice to have clear instructions on how to apply product (ie: can hair be wet or must it be dry?, how long before product is safely absorbed and scalp can be touched by others, strategy to apply evenly).

I recently placed my first re-fill order, after having been satisfied with the pills that were first received. However, the second batch were not effective at all, even after doubling the dosage. The packaging was different from the first shipment and possibly another generic brand was used. Is there anyway to rectify this matter? I have used 2 pills so far, but would happily return the rest if you re-fill my order with the same brand that was sent the first time around. Thank you, Laith

Please note that the new generic brand should have the same efficacy as it contains the same medicinal ingredient at the same dosage as the previous generic brand. The only difference is in the filler and non-medicinal ingredients. Rest assured, we have taken note of your preference for future shipments. Upon reviewing your account, we found that your order was not yet processed because the auto-refill was scheduled for a few days after your review submission. Your account is set up for auto-refills, which means that a 3-month supply of medication is automatically sent to your address every 3 months. Since it had not been 3 months since your last refill, the new order had not yet been finalized at our pharmacy. Please note that the charge for the medication is only applied to your account once the order is ready to ship. We have now processed your order and it should have been delivered to your address as scheduled. quick service, but no one responded to any of the medical questionnaires after i filled it out regarding effect/ side effects. So i do not think any doctor that is prescribing is taking the medical health of the individuals seriously.

Si la dose actuelle ne vous convient pas, vous pouvez demander à nos cliniciens un dosage plus élevé à tout moment. Le clinicien révisera ensuite votre demande et si celle-ci est approuvée, une nouvelle ordonnance avec un dosage plus élevée sera émise. Vous pouvez également demander un changement d’ordonnance pour un autre médicament si vous préférez. Cependant, il est important de noter que tous les médicaments ne fonctionnent pas de la même manière pour tout le monde et il est possible que certains médicaments ne vous conviennent pas. Nos cliniciens et pharmaciens sont disponibles pour discuter des médicaments et vous fournir des conseils supplémentaires sur les prochaines étapes à suivre. I loved how easy it was to use the service. My problem lies with the product delivered by the pharmacy. I ordered finasteride 5mg which is meant to be split in 4 but the shape of the product they sent is not a circle or a square, it's a weird shape which is impossible to split evenly.

When splitting the tablets, there's no need to worry too much about cutting them into exactly 4 equal parts. Finasteride accumulates in your scalp over time so it’s okay if the pieces are not cut equally, as long as you keep taking 1 piece a day! Quick response time to messages. But confusing interface, not user friendly website design and can’t access any useful information in Account page re: subscription, Rx refill cycle, etc.

As for the charges made to your account, the charge from February 19 is the medical consultation fee and the latter charge made on February 21 is the cost of a 3-month supply of finasteride 5mg. The yearly consultation fee is for our clinician to review your medical history and issue a prescription. This also gives you access to personalized care from our medical team in case you have any questions. Because the prices are similar, some people think they're duplicates, but they are separate transactions. One transaction is for the 1-year prescription and the other is for the medication itself. Our patients’ satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further concerns or need assistance!

The clinic itself was good I had all my questions answered promptly. However I am writing this review on December 1st, my order was placed Nov.15 and I still have not received my order.
