Unfortunately, it appears the shipment was delayed in transit due to an unexpected issue with Canada Post. Canada Post then required your responses to a few questions in order to move forward with their investigation. Kindly note that this is part of our standard procedure and a necessary step before a free replacement can be sent. I received the product I didn't order and my credit card was charged. It's just because the autofill was on without me knowing. I asked why it happened but I didn't receive a satisfactory answer. They responded but never gave me an answer to my question.

Kindly note that auto-refills are enabled by default unless you request otherwise or pause your subscription via the subscription settings link on our website. I cancelled my order and I was still billed for them. I did so in a timely fashion and now, I’m stuck with a prescription that I no longer need.
