Tadalafil doesn't work at all. I knew within an hour of taking it I got duped. Name brands worked for me in the past. Tried essential clinic for convenience, would not try again.

Our partner pharmacy sent a message on January 11th notifying you that the order would be dispatched to this address, and it was shipped out the next day. We received your response on January 18th, a week later, informing us that the order was not delivered to the correct address. Regrettably, by this time, it was too late to reroute the order to your new address. Despite our pharmacy’s efforts to resolve the issue with FedEx, they were unable to arrange for redelivery as the parcel had already been successfully delivered to the address specified on the label. The service is quick and communication prompt. But the product I was sold was completely ineffective. They told me their products were all tested. The pills for ED tasted like sugar and they could very well be at least 90% that. You might think the problem was me but the five-year-old generic pill that I had I tested again and it was still very effective. Unfortunately, since pills can't be returned or reimbursed I cannot trust and risk buying a different generic brand.

Extremely shady outfit. Using the cheapest and most unreliable last km delivery companies. Was told delivery for 25. Rescheduled every day until the 28th. At that point they stopped updating the tracking number. dec 1. Still nothing. Safe yourself the grief and go to a local walk in. Super shady and unprofessional company to deal with.

Upon reviewing your account, we found that your order was not yet processed because the auto-refill was scheduled for a few days after your review submission. Your account is set up for auto-refills, which means that a supply of medication is automatically sent to your address before you run out of medication. Since the scheduled refill date had not passed, the new order had not yet been finalized at our pharmacy. Please note that the charge for the medication is only applied to your account once the order is ready to ship. As for the charge from November 8th, this charge is not for the medication itself, it is the annual fee for our clinician to review your updated medical history and issue a new 1-year prescription. You'll also get personalized care from our medical team in case you have any questions or concerns. Our partner pharmacy has now processed your order and it should have been delivered to your address as scheduled. I replied to an email that was supposed to be a review of my record before my annual prescription gets refilled where I outlined the reasons why I need to pause the medication but I was still charged and sent a refill anyways without a response, did anyone even read the my comments?

Since you had not paused or cancelled your subscription, or informed us that you did not want the renewal processed, we did not feel it was right to make this decision for you. However, as you have now let us know that you do not wish to proceed with a refill, we have paused your subscription and informed the pharmacy not to create a refill order for you. I'm typing this so you can make some changes to the process. I purchased a $39 hair consultation, that's all. I just wanted an expert's guidance on how to move forward. And then they charged me and paid for a 92-day supply of medication. I'd like a refund please.
