Hi Robin, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. It looks like we have not received your response to our partner pharmacy for your consultation with the pharmacist. As our partner pharmacy follows strict telemedicine guidelines, they must confirm initial information with you before the fee for the order is applied to your payment method and before the order is shipped out to your address. They have attempted to reach you at the number on file, but the number appears to be invalid. Please provide a phone number where you can be reached to move forward with the next steps. The order was sent out 10 days later than it normally is. I also provided a new address & the medication was still sent to the old address. The package arrived the day after I ran out of my medication.

However, since FedEx did not deliver over the long weekend, this resulted in a longer wait than expected. The medication order was then delivered on September 6 instead of September 2 as scheduled. They are taking fire ever to ship out my medication. They literally forgot to ship it out I was waiting like an idiot for a week then I called them to find out they forgot to ship it

i purchased a hair product Finasteride and Minoxidil topical that caused me a side effect that I needed consultation about. I was told that a pharmacist would get back in touch during special hours. I waited no one contacted me. I had to get in touch with my local pharmacy that made me stop the product. I will not be continuing my orders through Essential clinic going forward.
