“This time delivery was poor ! Normally you lad can't do enough for me this time 2 peaople and driver just put it on driveway couldn't be bothered to take it 20 foot into garden. I am 76 just needed a little help lookily my son turned up and helped me. Products very good but don't send that driver again very unhelpfull.”

“The products purchased were of good quality and value for money. My main reason for 3*is delivery it gives you a box to put in instructions this is pointless as they are ignored I specifically asked for a pm delivery nope the driver arrived at 740am. It's a curbside drop only. Reasons I asked for pm so someone could be there to assist as stated in the terms. Really need to sort this out heavy things being delivered no way I could assist the delivery guy. Won't be ordering again for this reason shame as the products excellent”
