“Always use estate for our fencing and decking as price good, product good and delivery drivers excellent Was a bit concerned with this order that I had ordered a month in advance to be told on day of delivery over 300 palings were going to be missed from delivery due to stock issue, they did turn up at the end of the week but could have delayed my trades if any later”

Hi Rachel and many thanks for your review. Stock is constantly coming into ourselves, however due to the seasonal nature of the industry, from time to time we do experience stock shortages and delays with some items coming in. Our suppliers are doing their best to get everything to us on the agreed dates. We understand this can be frustrating and we are doing everything we can to get items restocked as quickly as possible.

“Have used the company 3 or 4 times because of the quality of the decking. Ordering online and quick delivery. On this occasion when i came to lay the decking a week after delivery 6 decking boards were in bad condition with deep dints on the faces and edges which i didnt notice on helping to off load them. I ended up being able to use them on shorter cuts so wasnt a problem in the end and only raising it now for the compnay to be aware for future customers. Will happily use again as quality overall is much better than DIY stores.”

“Received my order as arranged and on time prices excellent and the quality of the timber overall very good except one piece of the match board which was warped this caused some problems when fitting the pieces together but everything else was perfect”

“A game of two halves really. First delivery was excellent .very friendly and helpful driver who gets 10/10 from me. Delivery short of 2 x boards which were delivered later in the week.This time the Driver was 2 hours late and obviously not happy about his day. Lorry was far too big for my small delivery drop. Massive hiab lorry which was not necessary and the crane didn't even work. Kerbside drop with minimum assistance from driver. Obviously caught him on a bad day and he was very over worked that day.”

“All fence posts in good condition, one fence panel has a split in the wood but hopefully will not worsen. Only gripe is that delivery was over an hour early right when we were trying to get the children to school and having to unload as quick as possible was a stress that was not needed.”

“Whilst I appreciate good service. Which I recieved. I'm still waiting for missing wood. Which the last driver said he would report back. Yes it is only 2x pieces of 100mm x 38mm x 4.2m but shortage is shortage!!! Apart from that all good. Great value, considerate drivers”
