Ordered and paid for items to be then told out of stock. Told items would be in stock soon. Told would be delivered a week late. Received text with date and time so took day off work. Delivery didn’t arrive. ES made no contact with me. Checked tracking to find order had been postponed for 3 days. Took afternoon off work and once again delivery did not arrive. Again no contact from ES. Checked tracking and it’s now saying it will be delivered a further 5 days later. I am not hopeful it will arrive on Tuesday. Appalling service. Would not recommend.

Poor quality wood, split bowed and covered in mould. Bad customer service. If you collect you are left waiting 25 mins and beyond and have to chase only to get your order picked wrong. If you book delivery they send the wrong sizes and then take for ever to collect and refund.

Ordered 4 Gate/Corner posts, they didn't arrive on the stated date. The following week 4 intermediate fence posts arrived of different lengths? I rang to report this and ask for a refund and I'm still waiting!
