Did the job but not fantastic, some boards were thinner than the 16mm specified some could have replaced floor boards they were that far over the 16mm specified. They sent me brown stained fencing rails rather than the green ordered, sadly the project was going ahead the day of delivery so I had to settle for this. Doesn’t look bad as a finished article but the quality and consistency is sorely lacking.

This time delivery was poor ! Normally you lad can't do enough for me this time 2 peaople and driver just put it on driveway couldn't be bothered to take it 20 foot into garden. I am 76 just needed a little help lookily my son turned up and helped me. Products very good but don't send that driver again very unhelpfull.

Not the best service. Was the first time using these guys. Not sure if I'll use again. Was originally told delivery would be between 12.00 and 2pm This later changed to 2pm to 4pm. I'd organised for me and a labourer to be on site at 2pm. Still no delivery at 3pm so I rang and was told it was being loaded as we speak. I then waited until 5pm and finally gave up and left. The customer informed me that the delivery happened at 6.30pm the same day. I was out of pocket as I had to pay the labourer for his time. And I'd lost half a day where I could of been somewhere else. I build roughly 2 fences a week and thought I'd give Estate sawmills a try rather than use my regular sawmill. There is a couple of positives. The timber was of good quality. And very reasonably priced also the delivery is curbside but the customer asked the delivery guys to carry to her garden and they did with not the best access so I thank them for that. All in all I wouldn't recommend for big orders needing delivery but if your able to pick up your order I'd recommend them

We pride ourselves on communication and always try and let customers know when orders are going to be delivered as close as we can. On this occasion it appears we didn't do as good as we could have and we apologise. Hopefully you'll give us another chance the next time you need outdoor timber supplies. Poor delivery service. Delivery driver demand the costomer to unload the items from the truck.

Little bit disappointed. One of the fence post u delivered is like a banana. Two of the composite decking boards are damaged. Decking green and dirty and I never received a replacement nosing board which was damaged from my last order.
