“I had a small issue with being shipped the wrong item, but it was quickly corrected and I received the correct item quickly. Very happy overall and would definitely buy from again.”

“The courier did not deliver my package when they said they had and I got on to James in Faerly to see if he could help and he was super efficient in dealing dealt with the issue.”

“Lovely packaging and presentation. The smells coming from the box were just divine! Really loved the sachet of wildflower seeds in my box. Only reason for 4 stars over 5 stars, is that I found the photos on the website a bit difficult to match up with the description when there was multiple gift box choices. I thought I was supposed to be getting two candles in my box, but I only got one.. maybe I read it wrong?”

“I love Faerly's ethos and that they are Irish :) Great gifts and eco-stuff for my home. Their deliveries are always prompt and their response to a problem I had a while ago was personal and excellent (thanks James!!). Everyone got a great kick out of the Swedish dishcloth/greeting cards at Christmas.”
