Hi Dee, Thanks for your order. I'm sorry to see from your review that the cup hasn't worked out for you. We've been in touch offline about this and I've sent you a replacement cup of a different brand but I didn't want to leave your review unanswered here. The Otago cup is a very popular cup for us but it is a little different to a travel cup. This is more of a replacement for a disposable cup rather than a travel cup and while the body is insulated, the lighter lid does mean it doesn't keep drinks hot for as long as the other brands we sell. I have four of these cups on the go myself and I personally love them, but I use them more as a mug replacement at the desk when I'm working. When I'm out and about I use a Neon Kactus cup that keeps my drinks warmer for much longer and it has a completely leak proof lid. We also sell the Keepcup Thermal cups which have excellent insulation. Thanks, James
