“Hi There, im a first time user so it might be me but there's little or no carbonation happening on my doda stream. Plenty of noise but no carbonation, im afriad. Very disappointing.”

Hi Siv Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We sell lots of these flavour drops and we haven't ever received this complaint before. They are designed to be a 'hint of flavour' style rather than a cordial type but I'm really sorry if they didn't meet your expectations. We also sell the Aarke Mixers which are the cordial style and have a stronger flavour. As I've let you know via email we are more than happy to take these back from you and give you a full refund if you're not satisfied with them. “Still waiting for our pick up for our empties - the DPD driver and your office dont seem to communicate at all...”

HI Owen, Thanks for your review. Unfortunately, as we have explained over email, DPD attempted your collection a number of times and informed us that there was no answer each time so they were unable to complete the collection. DPD asked us to make contact with you before they would make a further collection attempt. We attempted to contact you to assist in resolving the issue, but we found it challenging to get a reply from you to some of our emails and phone messages. We were surprised to see your review coming through, at a time when we were waiting for a reply from you that would have assisted us in resolving this issue. We have successful collections all over the country every day and I'm really sorry that something's gone wrong with yours but we were genuinely trying to get it resolved for you, as well as giving you alternative return options. I hope you will see from our other reviews that problems with collections are rare and when they do occur we make every effort to resolve. You did get back to us afterwards and we refunded your collection charge so that you could use the DPD Pickup shop return method instead which is located near you. Hi Dee, Thanks for your order. I'm sorry to see from your review that the cup hasn't worked out for you. We've been in touch offline about this and I've sent you a replacement cup of a different brand but I didn't want to leave your review unanswered here. The Otago cup is a very popular cup for us but it is a little different to a travel cup. This is more of a replacement for a disposable cup rather than a travel cup and while the body is insulated, the lighter lid does mean it doesn't keep drinks hot for as long as the other brands we sell. I have four of these cups on the go myself and I personally love them, but I use them more as a mug replacement at the desk when I'm working. When I'm out and about I use a Neon Kactus cup that keeps my drinks warmer for much longer and it has a completely leak proof lid. We also sell the Keepcup Thermal cups which have excellent insulation. Thanks, James
