“I was looking for some small sustainable gifts for Christmas and I was delighted with the options on the Faerly website. loads of choice and when i discovered they were based in Kildare and I could collect my purchase i was delighted. Great customer service.”

“I love the products, I love that they are eco friendly. I don’t like that the VAT is added at the end of my order. I would like to know the full price of what I am buying before checkout.”

Thanks for your review Patricia. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We show all our prices including VAT and it's not added at the end of your order. We do include a VAT breakdown in your order confirmation and during checkout so you can see the tax amount but this is already included in the price so the total price doesn't change in any way. I hope that clears up any confusion. James 😊
