I've been using Faerly for my sodastream gas canisters since the start of 2024, and up to now I've been really happy with the service. On my last order however, one of the canisters of gas I received hadn't been fully refilled. (I usually get 7-10 days per canister, this one was weak from the start and was empty after 4 days of normal use). I raised this issue with Customer Services and even put a note on this canister when I returned it. However, I never heard back from CS after emailing them. I was expecting at least a response, though hoping for a free replacement canister, but no. This was disappointing

The pick up of the empty CO2 containers was a saga. No communication from the courier and took over a week to sort.

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm really sorry for the issues with your collections. We followed up with DPD each time. On the first collection, they insisted that the driver called to your house and there was no answer to the door. The depot confirmed this on the drivers GPS and they also had a delivery for the pharmacy near you at the same time. When rebooking the collection we passed on your feedback to the depot that you were frustrated that the driver didn't phone you. We asked them to make sure to call you if there was no answer to the door and they assured us they would. When this collection also failed we followed up on this and they came back to say that the driver had phoned you twice and each time the call went directly to voicemail. I can understand your frustration and I hope you can appreciate that we have genuinely tried to address these issues as they occurred. We appreciate your feedback and we'll continue to work to improve our service. We rarely have issues with our collections and I'm very sorry that we've had these problems with your collection this time. If you have any questions or feedback please get in touch any time. Business model is let down by DPD. Couldn’t print return label but money taken. Many emails to DPD & faerly later DPD emailed new label but drop in point couldn’t scan it. Eventually picked up by courier. DPD refunded fee but it was a mess of a process

Hi Kenneth, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I’m really sorry that you encountered problems when booking your return using the DPD Pickup Shop service. We've been in touch with DPD about this with DPD and I know they had been trying to get in contact with you to get some more info and have been in touch with you recently. I apologise for the technical issues you encountered with your label. DPD have assured us that this was a very rare technical issue on their side and we're sorry you faced this problem. We find the DPD pickup shop service generally excellent and this does seem to have been an isolated issue, we have never come across this issue ourselves from any of our customers who use this return method. To make up for the inconvenience DPD refunded you for the label and collected your return free of charge. As I offered when we talked on our live chat on the day, we could also arrange a home collection for you and we can do this for you next time no problem.
