“The items came like the next day and the packaging was cute, but the items were really dusty and the straw broke after the second use (but I haven’t read the instructions so it could be fixable).”

“I enjoy buying the products available on the site. The searching/sorting systems are ok but perhaps could be improved. The minimum spend to enable free postage is seriously high following, I think, a 50% increase. Inflation isn't that high.”

Hi Martin, Thanks for getting in touch and for your feedback, we appreciate it. I'll definitely take a look at our filtering and see how we can improve this. We increased our threshold for the free shipping around a year ago, as unfortunately the numbers weren't stacking up for us so we increased it to €75. Unfortunately the cost of shipping, like all of our costs, have been rising and rising including fuel surcharges added to all of our shipping costs. Our costs across the board have been increasing, for example the prices for our cardboard shipping boxes have risen by 60% in less than a year, our packing tape has increased by more than 100%! As a small business we can only absorb so much of these price increases. We don't have the high margins of bigger businesses and we only work with small handmade producers and ethical brands so the prices for these products won't always match mass produced products but we feel strongly that this is the right approach for us. If you find any of the products we sell on sale much cheaper elsewhere please let me know and I'll check it out but we genuinely try our best to offer very competitive prices online. We appreciate every single order we get and we work hard to give great service to our customers. We do offer free shipping over €75 and we also offer regular offers and promotions to help offer value to our customers. We just finished a really great sale for Green Friday with up to 30% off hundreds of products and we also offer regular discount codes. I see you've availed of one of these recently.
