“Product is good but ordered for mothers day and not delivered on time, good response on the customer service when I commented.”

Hi Mark, Thanks for your order and for taking the time to give us your feedback and your positive comments about our products. I’ve had a look at your order to try and figure out why your expectations weren't met and if we could have delivered it any sooner. We received your order on Wednesday night but our cut off for Mothers' Day deliveries was 2pm earlier that day. We shipped the next day on Thursday with DPD, and as DPD were closed on Friday for the St Patrick's Day bank holiday, your order was delivered on the next working day which was Monday. I am sorry that your order wasn't delivered in time for Mother's Day but it wasn't possible to do so, and we did deliver on the next possible working day which is why there was no follow up from us. It isn't correct to say that our carrier took 4 days to deliver as three of these days were across the bank holiday weekend. I have been in touch with you over the last few weeks with a longer response but I didn't want to leave your review unanswered here. Thanks, James

“Lovely packaging and presentation. The smells coming from the box were just divine! Really loved the sachet of wildflower seeds in my box. Only reason for 4 stars over 5 stars, is that I found the photos on the website a bit difficult to match up with the description when there was multiple gift box choices. I thought I was supposed to be getting two candles in my box, but I only got one.. maybe I read it wrong?”

“No issues with the company but I am not happy with the delivery of the package. It was delivered to the wrong house & by the time my neighbours spotted it & gave it to us it was 6 days days after being reported as delivered & was soaking wet! I contacted DPD 3 days ago to resolve this, they said the driver who delivered it would contact me by phone, I’m still awaiting his call. 😏”

I will follow up with DPD straight away and find out what happened and why you did not receive a call back as you were promised. “I was happy with all my products except the size of the potato bag , it looked much bigger in the photo and I did not check the size that was written . This was my own fault but the picture looked much bigger , other than that I was happy Regards Mary”
