“Im a frequent buyer of Faerly, I love their products a bit too much! all packaging is recyclable and all products are either sustainable, recyclable, vegan and kind to the plant.”

“Literally the best customer service in Ireland. Let me tell you what I (a dope) did and how they (the sounders) handled it. Sunday morning looking to order some products but wasn’t sure how to go about it. I clicked on the chat feature but got (what I thought was) an automated response. So in my entitlement, I responded with “booooooooo” assuming there wasn’t a human at the other end. But there was. And not only did they respond with professionalism but also kindness. And what did I do? Launched my phone out of my hand with sheer mortification. Anyway. These people are 10/10”

“Thank you Faerly for another amazing order. Quick delivery and a wonderful product. I’ve been eyeing up the Aarke with a while and I’m really delighted with it. I know I’ll save money in the long run and won’t be buying water that’s been sitting in plastic bottles. Thanks for such wonderful service.
