“I write a review for Faerly whenever i’m reminded to which is honestly unheard of because I’m desperately terrible for giving feedback, but when I say FAERLY IS THE BEST SHOP EVER, Faerly is the best shop ever! I go here for presents for every occasion, my bf is only allowed wash with the stout bars and then I get everything I need (& don’t need) for my house and then I send pictures to my friends and convince them they need the stuff too (the magnets for the hand soap for example!). Love you guys, never leave me!”

Hi Mark, Thanks for your order and for taking the time to give us your feedback and your positive comments about our products. I’ve had a look at your order to try and figure out why your expectations weren't met and if we could have delivered it any sooner. We received your order on Wednesday night but our cut off for Mothers' Day deliveries was 2pm earlier that day. We shipped the next day on Thursday with DPD, and as DPD were closed on Friday for the St Patrick's Day bank holiday, your order was delivered on the next working day which was Monday. I am sorry that your order wasn't delivered in time for Mother's Day but it wasn't possible to do so, and we did deliver on the next possible working day which is why there was no follow up from us. It isn't correct to say that our carrier took 4 days to deliver as three of these days were across the bank holiday weekend. I have been in touch with you over the last few weeks with a longer response but I didn't want to leave your review unanswered here. Thanks, James
