“I was actually looking for more information on the neat washing spray and how it should be used, whether replacing a stand gel type liquid or as an accompaniment and found photos on faerly and the ability to order in Ireland at competitive prices. This has created an affair for me and I have bought several quality products in my first order and a wishlist of many more. I made a mistake on a size in my order and this was corrected for me promptly with a lovely personal super helpful response, not a tick box scenario. The products were eco packaged plus a note with a sweetener of a chocolate. (I don't eat chocolate but I'm sure I will be able to find someone that does!) what I liked most apart from products and price was the fact it felt like your corner grocery shop where you would have had personal connection to support the store. With so many of those gone the fact that this is actually achieveable online is marketing genius. Thank you. Sincerely.”

“Fantastic service, needed an item super fast, contacted them by email and the next day I received it. I had also mentioned that the sunscreen I bought was for my daughter who is allergic to regular sunscreens and then they suggested a fragrance free version they had. It was a great idea and they replaced the original one I ordered with the fragrance free one. Great customer support, fanstastic range of products, will definitely use the site regularly from now on.”
