“Really happy with the whole experience! I bought sustainable paolo santo and a few bits and bobs. Lovely hand written note came with the eco packaging. 10/10. Glad to support an Irish business too.”

“Quick response to a pre-purchase question. Excellent quality products. Protective (but not excessive) packaging so nothing was damaged in transit. I was very happy with Faerly service and I will be buying from them again!”

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm really sorry for the issues with your collections. We followed up with DPD each time. On the first collection, they insisted that the driver called to your house and there was no answer to the door. The depot confirmed this on the drivers GPS and they also had a delivery for the pharmacy near you at the same time. When rebooking the collection we passed on your feedback to the depot that you were frustrated that the driver didn't phone you. We asked them to make sure to call you if there was no answer to the door and they assured us they would. When this collection also failed we followed up on this and they came back to say that the driver had phoned you twice and each time the call went directly to voicemail. I can understand your frustration and I hope you can appreciate that we have genuinely tried to address these issues as they occurred. We appreciate your feedback and we'll continue to work to improve our service. We rarely have issues with our collections and I'm very sorry that we've had these problems with your collection this time. If you have any questions or feedback please get in touch any time. “Ordered C02 canisters for my Aarke from Faerly after hearing about them from.a friend. Products arrived very promptly, well packaged, I'll receive credit for my empties and my purchase is sustainable and not produced in an occupied territory, so happy days. The little thank you note and choccy in my order didn't hurt also 😁 I'll definitely be a return customer. 10/10.”

Hi Siv Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We sell lots of these flavour drops and we haven't ever received this complaint before. They are designed to be a 'hint of flavour' style rather than a cordial type but I'm really sorry if they didn't meet your expectations. We also sell the Aarke Mixers which are the cordial style and have a stronger flavour. As I've let you know via email we are more than happy to take these back from you and give you a full refund if you're not satisfied with them. “I ordered a stone notebook and got it so fast. Id say 2 days after I ordered it. Was v happy with it and ordered one for my nephew. That came really fast too. I would be happy to buy from Fairly again.”

“Faerly are a brilliant company. I bought an Arkle water co2 machine and co2 cylinders. After a few months the machine broke down and when I contacted Faerly they replaced the item with no problems whatsoever. They sent me a new machine very quickly and all I had to do was put the old one into the same packaging for DHL to pick up. Everything was organised by Faerly. I'm a very happy customer.”

“Faerly is an eco freindly shop online that stores so many wonderful products. James and his team have won awards because their shop is run like a tight ship. Nothing is a problem and if it is the professionalism used to sort it out is second to none. Their products range from household to cleaning products food wraps aarke that carbonates your water feminine hygiene please take a look u wont be disapointed i have only named a few things but a fantastic online shop with all your needs.”
