“I love this business! I had left it until the last minute to order filters for my water filter jug and I was delighted to receive them within 24 hours, and I received a lovely thank you note and mint chocolate, AND they planted a tree! Thank you people at Faerly.”

“Everthing arrived in a matter of days. Love that I could make my own gift box, the items were great. When I had a potenital issue with the delivery (issue from my side), the customer service was immediate and excellent. I would definitly order from here again.”

“Website was informative and easy to navigate. I thought the €7 to return empties was a bit steep but I know that couriers are expensive so will definitely stockpile my empties before returning like you suggested. Thank you for a great service.”
