“My daughter introduced me to Faerly and im delighted that she did. I love their products, and as I live locally I can collect my orders. The staff are so lovely and walking into the store the smell is just amazing. I would highly recommend Farely to all.”

“I’m delighted with my new Aarke carbonator. I’ve had it for a few weeks now. I’m sorry I didn’t order one years ago. I ordered replacement canisters recently too. Service from Faerly is five stars - very pleasant and efficient. Happy to recommend them.”

“I signed up to Faerly for CO2 for a number of reasons. They provided a local alternative to the main supplier, they have an option for bio C02 and they're Irish. The home delivery and return scheme was a no-brainer on the face of it. However, it's a little bit too cumbersome. I have to send the returns back in advance of my next order and wait for the credit to be applied. This means that a driver has to do two journeys to my house. A nice solution would be to declare the returns when placing the next order. Credit could be applied as an advance. When the driver delivers the new cannisters they could also collect the old ones. Failure to supply the old ones would incur a payment. This would also cut down on the payment required for pickup. I'm still waiting for credit to be applied to my account before ordering my next lot (over a week since printing the return label). So definitely room for optimisation. Otherwise, I'm happy enough with the product”
