“The order arrived faster than I was expecting, and in lovely recycled packaging - I ordered one of my favourite candle scents from them and Faerly even threw in a cute box of matches to go with it. Great experience!”

“I have made a couple of orders with Faerly and have always had a great experience. In particular, their process for returning Aarke gas cylinders is very smooth. DPD collect them and then the discount voucher for next order is received by e-mail. Brilliant service.”

“This is a small business with a big heart! They've a great selection of Irish, eco-products, the customer service is exceptional, delivery is prompt and they reuse their packaging whenever possible. They're local too! Can't recommend highly enough.”

“Received a gift card but options so fab I doubled my spend. Communications and delivery easy too. Will be a return customer! (but the collapsible water flask too heavy for purpose to my mind 🤷‍♀️)”
