“The order arrived quickly with great communication. I had a mix-up with my order, that I am actually very happy about. James from customer service was ready to send me a return label but I decided to keep the product. I love the sustainability a choice range. I also use Faerly for CO2 refills. I am definitely a returning and happy customer. Recommend 100% . Loved the handwritten note :)”

“I don’t even know where to begin, everything is so superb! This was our third time ordering…and we’re gonna continue to order from Faerly. The fastest delivery ever!!! than packaging itself…small chocolate that made us smile ❤️ such a nice and heartwarming touch!!! And soaps and Vico deodorants are just amazing really. For anyone looking to switch for more natural and sustainable products Faerly is your stop. Just amazing!!”

“Was really happy with how fast the service and the quality of the items, customer service/communication were fantastic too. I don't think there was anything in the order that mentioned a tree being planted included, which is a shame because the recipient of the order was delighted when I told her this, so maybe would be nice to include with package?”
