“One of my favourite online stores. Great shopping experience. There is a great range of sustainable and Irish products. Delivery is fast and the store uses recycled packaging.”

“Still waiting for our pick up for our empties - the DPD driver and your office dont seem to communicate at all...”

HI Owen, Thanks for your review. Unfortunately, as we have explained over email, DPD attempted your collection a number of times and informed us that there was no answer each time so they were unable to complete the collection. DPD asked us to make contact with you before they would make a further collection attempt. We attempted to contact you to assist in resolving the issue, but we found it challenging to get a reply from you to some of our emails and phone messages. We were surprised to see your review coming through, at a time when we were waiting for a reply from you that would have assisted us in resolving this issue. We have successful collections all over the country every day and I'm really sorry that something's gone wrong with yours but we were genuinely trying to get it resolved for you, as well as giving you alternative return options. I hope you will see from our other reviews that problems with collections are rare and when they do occur we make every effort to resolve. You did get back to us afterwards and we refunded your collection charge so that you could use the DPD Pickup shop return method instead which is located near you.
