“Excellent and speedy customer service. I had a query, they responded right away. Beautifully packaged with a hand written thank you note inside and ZERO plastic in the packaging. And a very fast dispatch. I’m going to use this site a lot more in future.”

“Such a great business, thank you so much. There was a slight issue with one order recently which was resolved very quickly. That said, I've ordered several times in the past and everything was perfect. They have a great range of items and I love that they send out items in re-used packaging too. Well done to everyone in Faerly!”
