“I've ordered from Faerly with no issues many times and have always found them fantastic. A big test of a business is how they respond when a problem arises and I have to say they went above and beyond. I was sent the wrong item for the first time and I thought I'd have to go through the usual dance you get with other businesses. I contacted Faerly and got a phone call from an employee. As I live in the county she arrived after her working day and swapped the incorrect item for the correct one that same day. I've never seen that amount of dedication to customer service. I'd give 6 stars if I could. I'd highly recommend Faerly to anyone who wants a trustworthy place to buy from -particularly if you are buying an expensive item.”

“I really enjoy shopping here, the selection of products is great, they have great information on them all. i know that they have been selected for a reason and that they stand over what they have in the shop.
