“I love the products, I love that they are eco friendly. I don’t like that the VAT is added at the end of my order. I would like to know the full price of what I am buying before checkout.”

Thanks for your review Patricia. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We show all our prices including VAT and it's not added at the end of your order. We do include a VAT breakdown in your order confirmation and during checkout so you can see the tax amount but this is already included in the price so the total price doesn't change in any way. I hope that clears up any confusion. James 😊

“Found Faerly to be a great service. The item (a water carbonator) arrived very quickly and well packaged. They also provide a canister recycle service for the carbonator which is great. Very pleased!”

“I initially checked out this site because of the refillable CO2 cylinder programme. And then I started browsing and found loads of great stuff. Showing great self control I only ordered some of the Neat cleaning stuff and some pit putty (fabulous smell) as well as the CO2 cylinders. I'm really pleased with my purchases which arrived very quickly and well packed. I'll be buying more from Faerly. Lots more.”
