Hey Caroline, Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review today and for your kind words about our service. I was really sorry to see that you were disappointed in our postage charge. The cards are a funny one because we usually sell them alongside gifts and then our usual shipping charge doesn't seem expensive. But when it's just a card on its own then shipping with DPD does seem expensive I agree vs the cost of the product. What we generally always do in this case is ship with An Post instead and refund €3 to our customer. It's a bit of a workaround to be honest until we can implement a technical solution to offer An Post as an option when someone buys a card or two on their own. But because this is regular post and untracked, it's not as reliably the next day as our DPD service, so we decided for the last week before the schools finished up to send all cards with DPD to make sure they would arrive in time. We genuinely thought we were doing the right thing, but in hindsight that hasn't worked out well for you or for us. I'm sorry about that. Thanks again for your feedback, we are always working to improve our service so we love getting feedback. Thanks, James
