“Prompt delivery, item in good condition. There was a very minor delay because of the snow situation in the Midlands (my friend is a lorry driver and also got stuck in the midlands that night!). They kept me informed and dropped the very next day.”

“I was concerned by lack of real reviews and some not being very complimentary in regards to damaged paintwork, but I have had a great experience. Cooker was delivered rapidly and with good communication. Registered fitter explained it was compatible to fit in UK and there were no issues. It looks great and cooks great and I am very happy. Initial worry that I could not turn timer bell off but after reading the instructions, it just needed to be turned clockwise to cancel.”
