“Seem to have issues regarding orders where a gift card is used to pay for items not only this year but last year as well. Issue, sorted, but only after calling and making company aware after waiting a week.”

“I’ve purchased a number of items from Wagyu beef to Ibericio pork fish and mustard. The quality has never disappointed and the service is spot on. If there’s a delivery issue they’re there on the phone if needed and will sort it.”

Thank you for your review regarding our excellent quality products. We are always reviewing the way we package our items, unfortunately for frozen items we need to use a lot of ice packs and dry ice so that the items remain frozen.

“I ordered my wagyu fillets and my scallops for birthday dinner. I was kept up to date with all information about delivery etc, very prompt. I was so excited. They were all delivered in their polystyrene cases full of ice. Delighted before I cooked. For the people I cooked for, they said the steaks were the best they had ever eaten. Nuff said 😉 scallops weren’t bad either. Over the moon with the quality of service, delivery and the food. Awesome. Kind regards. Andy”
