“A good portable speaker. Sturdy with decent volume however if your music is bass rich you will be sorely disappointed.”

“One of the best purchases I've ever made. Great sound quality. Great base. Had wanted to buy it 2 yrs ago but it was sold out. Stumbled across it on Amazon but bought on Fugoo. Looks great. Will buy a second for stereo quality.”

“The best I own three xl tough I absolutely love them. The battery life is outstanding and I also own JBL 4 and Fugoo blows it out of the water 💦!!!! Make them a bit louder and I’ll purchase another one!!!!”

“I am VERY disappointed in my recent purchase of Fugoo touch speaker. I first bought a Fugoo tough speaker almost 5 years ango and that speaker is still going strong and sounds SO much better than the new speaker, which sounds quite muffled and lmited in sonic range. Additionally the new speaker is quite a bit lighter, which I thought was due to an updated battery, but I now suspect is also due to inferior sepaker components. I would have returned the speaker for a full refund, but its too late now, so I guess I am stuck with it, Frankly, there are a number of other sub $100 speakers out there in the market that sound a lot better Sadly, Dan Chu”

“My Fugoo Tough bluetooth speaker is definitely tough, The casing is really strong and durable looking. BUT, I am very disappointed in the sound it produces. Plenty of volume but it is very tin sounding. Very high pitched. I have speakers that are cheaper priced that have way better sound. So I guess I am a bit disappointed. Sorry.”

“Do not order, I recieved the wrong speaker and can not get through to fugoo. I was 3rd on line then 8th and on hold for over 3 hours. Will not order again. I can not return my my speaker! Worst customer service ever!”

“I have attempted to contact Fugoo’s customer service ( there is none) to request a return authorization on my order FGO1210. The Tough unit I received is a disappointment as compared to other Fugoo products our family members own. I would ask that someone contact me regarding this return. I have sent several e mails with no response, I’ve talk to tech support about the return. Vincent took my information and said it would be passed onto ‘management’.”

“Your product is not the same quality you used to have. We bought the exact same speaker over 3 years ago and is much better than the one we just purchased. I tried calling to return it, sat on hold for over an hour, and when I finally got thru, the person told me they only do technical support, no returns. I emailed requesting assistance and 3 WEEKS later, you replied telling me to call the same number I called before. I had to hunt you down to actually find another phone number. The receptionist transferred me to a someone. They NEVER returned my call. And now you want my opinion on how well my return went when I still have the speaker. You are the worst in customer service. Please remove my name from your system. I do not want my name associated with your company.”

“I have emailed Fugoo 2 times to return the speaker to no avail. The speaker didn’t perform as good as we expected. We can’t find an avenue to contact them to get an RMA. Maybe this will help them contact us.”
