“Arianna dining table & chairs looks luxurious bit of a nuisance having to build everything from scratch even chairs , need two people to lift table top it's so heavy but worth it very sturdy.
Had a issue we part of my order not being delivered after a few emails finally got the rest of my order after speaking to a lovely lady who got straight on the case my order was completed 3days later so if you have a issue don't email just phone.

“HAVING PURCHASED AND PAID FOR A PATIO GARDEN SET OF FURNITURE. ADMITTEDLY IT WAS HALF PRICE DUE TO SHOW ROOM AND MARKS ON CUSHIONS WHICH I ACCEPTED. FINALLY AFTER MUCH CHASING IT WAS DELIVERED,VERY UNHELPFUL DRIVERS JUST LEFT OUTSIDE HOUSE AND ONLY HAD TO WALK A FEW STEPS TO PUT IN GARDEN. SOFA MASSIVE FAULT AND FIREPIT DOESNT WORK, NO PEBBLES FOR FIRE, NOW WAITING AND WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO FIX FIREPIT AND DELIVER NEW SOFA. SUMMER WILL PROBABLY BE OVER BY THE TIME THEY HAVE DATES FOR ME SO LOOKS LIKE WILL HAVECA REFUND BUT THIS ALSO WORRIES ME RECEIVING IT AS NOBIDY SEEMS TO CARE !!!!!
Finally delivered said furniture 3 months later, repaired table, however parts still missing which they assured me would be with the order so told them to keep furniture and refund!!!! Ordered new table from another company being delivered after 1 week !!!”

“I had some delivery problems but they were ironed out by Lindsay and my order was delivered at the time the delivery guys predicted. I was called an hr before delivery to say they were enroute. The delivery guys were professional and friendly and carried the heavy stuff to my room of choice.
I would recommend Furvell as any problems you encounter they are dealt with. I am pleased with my goods and the price was very competitive. I will definitely buy again from Furvell. Excellent quality goods at reasonable prices.”

“Still no item. No communication. I had to see where my item was as not even had a confirmation. Item apparently coming from supplier but given a vague date. Still no update over two weeks later. If item not here this week I’ll be seeking a refund. I ordered many items the same night I ordered from here, everything else has arrived! Poor service I’m afraid. Communication needs significantly improving”
“Marble Side tables. 2 tables ordered and delivered by Parcelforce. Based on this would never use Parcelforce. Express 48 took about 10 days. Tables themselves were good quality but one table had virtually no marble markings and we were promised a replacement which is yet to arrive”

“The quality of the dining table and chairs is extremely good for the price, I can't fault it at all.
Deliver was delayed due to a breakdown but we were communicated with really well and it was delivered the next day as promised, the delivery team were really helpful, especially as access to my house is quite hard.
Only disappointing part is the free gift, it never arrived and when I emailed to ask why I was told it's because I never manually added it to my order....so if you want the free gift please make sure you manually add it”
