“I have honestly had to put off writing this review!
Delivery date changed 3 times= 3 days off work!
Arrived and begin setting up table..Only to be told there is no chairs with it! 🙈
2 weeks after Delivery of table chairs arrived...Wrong colour!! Light grey instead of dark! Was told to be given 10 days to have this rectified..Now onto day 15 ..No ones answering phones when I call!! I would like my chairs changed ASAP! Please avoid this company! Still lost for words at how they think this is acceptable!!”

“Funny how you can pesta me for a review but you can't send the stool and other bits that are missing so we can actually use what we've paid for over 6 weeks ago. Your customer care is awful. 2 weeks ago I rang and told you that pieces are missing to find our today that they still havnt been sent out. We are so disappointed 😞 please listen to your customers and answer your phone.”

Replacement parts can can up take up to 10 working to be sent out, apologies you have waiting just over that time frame. We are working to resolve this for you and aim to have a resolution soon.
The phone line can get really busy and we may not be available to answer your call. We always try call customers back, if you have not had a call back our apologies this will be highlighted.

“I have always been wary of internet shopping, let alone spend nigh on £1000 for a dining set I've neither seen or touched. I was reassured by Furvell that their reputation was outstanding and reviews seemed to indicate the same. There are always bad reviews and you have to read between the lines.
It did take slightly longer than promised and I believe logistics seemed to be the biggest issue. That being said I was kept informed every step of the way and duly compensated for the inconvenience.
The dining set is first class, extremely heavy and I did opt for the delivery with assembly option. Thank God I did....
