“Buy a lot from Gemini women and generally very good. Like the fact they have 'normal' models , gives a more realistic idea of how the clothes will actually look on myself as alas I am no longer a skinny 20 year old - mores the pity.”

“ok customer service but not refunded on £13.90 postage when i collected items instead, also gave me faulty shoe with bad seams which was returned, I returned two out of six items and they kept all my invoices too! I spent over £300 and no loyalty points for me!”

We are sorry you are disappointed but to confirm the postage has all be refunded for you and you will accrue Loyalty Points all items kept, points are added to your account 35 days after purchase as we have to allow time for any returned items.
