“Quick delivery, quick refund process, a bit miffed to have to pay return postage when goods are high end prices, whilst previous purchases were fabulous the recent items were sadly and surprisingly not such good value/ quality for money”

“I asked for advice over the phone which was spot on, shoes came quickly and well packaged via Royal Mail. I ordered 2 sizes, sent one pack which was very easy to do and received an email the next day to say that it had arrived. Great customer service !”

“With 2 hours to go before setting off to the airport , I came in for a capsule wardrobe for a mini break. Liz and Julia made lots of amazing coordinating outfits out of several items. They folded and wrapped them and I just put the lot straight into my case. All the clothes were fantastic. Loved the whole thing.”
