“Naya Contrast Pocket Top. I had a few difficults with ordering on line. I rang customer services directly and they were brilliant. The young lady was so kind and helpful. Problem resolved and my fabulous top ordered. Refreshing to actually speak to someone who cared. It arrived quickly and well packaged.”

“Always pop in here when I am in Stratford upon Avon. They do an excellent range of clothes. This time I bought on line, 2 pairs of lovely trousers at a good price. Unfortunately one pair was not the colour I needed to match some other separates, but the return process was easy. The other pair are just what I needed - lightweight stone coloured FOIL trousers which will get a lot of wear this summer and should take me into autumn too. 4 stars as I am still waiting for a refund, but they notified me when the package arrived.”

“Excelllent and very patient help as I struggled to find the right size. They were all so helpful when I telephoned and explained my difficulties in finding the right trousers. I am disabled so sizing is important and the staff were amazing in their assistance. We got there in the end and I shall certainly have no hesitation in returning for any future purchase. Thanks to all of you.”

“I've purchased many pairs of Orla linen trousers. They are a cropped trousers but as I'm vertically challenged they are the perfect long length for me. You can dress them up or down depending on your needs. I love them.”
