“I am more than happy to leave a 5 star review for Gemini Woman. A while ago I bought a Soft Light Brown sweater by Amazing Woman with a fringe hem which has been much admired. I wanted another one in Ivory but they had sold out so I asked to be contacted if it came back into stock which they did. However, when it arrived although it had an Ivory ticket on it was in fact a Pale Camel colour. I rang Gemini Woman and spoke to Becky who said she would ask their supplier if they had an Ivory one and she emailed me the same day to confirm they had. I am waiting for delivery tomorrow. I CALL THAT FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE and have kept the Camel one as well. I shall be buying from them again. Doreen KABERRY very happy customer”

“I asked when ordering the trousers if they had a small split and cuffs on the trousers legs . I was informed that they had no split and cuffs - not correct! The delivery was left outside my gate on the road and the delivery company told me that the parcel was signed for ! I suspect it was done by an extremely lazy delivery man called David .”

“Have purchased lots of outfits and footwear from Gemini over a number of year, usually on line as I am not often in SOA. Service is brilliant with purchases being wrapped in tissue paper and always arrives on time. Will always support local businesses and love the brands they support. “Absolutely superb service. I saw my coat in a shop window in Cheltnam but they only had 2 size 12's left which were too big on the shoulders, I'm a size 10. I loved it from first sight so went for a coffee and googled the label and saw you had one in a size 10. I subsribed to your site, got 10% off the price and within less than 24 hours it had arrived at home. I could not ask for more! Every time I wear it out, I always get a compliment :-) A very happy customer”
