“Order dispatched quickly but was delivered to the wrong address by Royal Mail. I did email when I found out but luckily it was redelivered by Royal Mail today. No response to my email however.”

“I was searching for a particular brand of trousers on line, Gemini came up as a stockist of the brand I required. I telephoned them spoke to a lovely lady who checked the colour and size I required. I received the trouser the following day. Such great service. Their web site is easy to navigate and sizes would appear true to form. Thank you for your assistance.”

“Claire and Liz were absolutely amazing when I needed a last minute dress for a black tie event NYE. As a local to Stratford I hadn’t been in the shop before and I couldn’t believe what I was missing out on. The girls were great at giving honest advice and I felt like I had a real personnel shopping experience. I also purchased a couple more items including the lysse jeans. When I tried them on I knew I had to get them they are very flattering comfortable and on trend jeans I have bought in a long time. I will def be back in as there were so many more lovely items to purchase. The NYE dress was perfect and I felt great in it. Thank you again Claire and Liz”

“Super speedy delivery. The trousers I ordered- mama b - were lovely and fitted well but I realised that the colour was too similar to a pair I already had , so I returned them. Refund was also very quick”

“As a local to Stratford I have often walked past Gemini, but not been in. I was overwhelmed by the suport and care I had from Claire when I explained what i was looking for, and she was so helpful with suggestions, honest feedback and helping to find the 'exactly right' trousers. I could not have been happier with the service, range of options and honest style advice. So much so, I bought this lovely jumper in the pre-Christmas sale, and it was ready for collectioj the next day. Thank you Claire and the team. I will be back ;-)”
