“Wishing to exchange a pair of Robell trousers for a different style I was very impressed by the care taken by your staff to find the right style/colour for me in your upstairs store room, as I was unable to find a suitable pair on the shop rail. The shop was busy with customers at the time and it would have been so easy to brush me aside and say 'sorry, we can't help you'.”

“I discovered Robell trousers at a small boutique whilst on holiday. Unfortunately my size wasn't available which led me to order through your online shop. Was impressed with the range of styles and colours. My order arrived very promptly. It's a perfect fit and Gemini will definitely be my go to shop in the future.”

“I buy a lot of my clothes from Gemini, mainly in the shop and I prefer to try things on. The staff are always helpful and pick out things I probably wouldn’t chose myself. I tend to buy at least one item on every visit. I bought this particular cardigan on line as I didn’t have time to go to Stratford before I went away. It’s absolutely perfect. Not too heavy and didn’t take up too much room in my case but is warm.”
