“I was pleased with my item, the orange velvet trousers, although I need to take up the hem! The present enclosed was a nice touch - (very clever marketing the way you tied in the orange theme of the trousers to the orange candle & diffusers!) but I would prefer a lower cost!”

“After a rather disappointing purchase, I was sure I’d bought a spoof purchase, I complained to Gemini and was absolutely blown away by their customer service, resolved so quickly, personal service and went the extra mile when my next purchase size was out of stock, they actually rang - yes a human being, advised me that Masai are good sizes to try medium and they would enclose a free returns label if this did not fit, and it did and made me happy, me a medium indeed.”

“Unfortunately my jumper didn’t arrive. Gemini were very helpful trying to find where it was. I had to get a refund as the jumper was out of stock. A bit disappointing but it was Royal Mail at fault”
