“Bed is solid, and was easy to put together. Communication from time of purchase to assembly to shipping to arrival was great. Will be purchasing another in the very near future for master bedroom. Highly recomend. Purchased the Low Tokyo Bed in queen size in Oak for guest room.”

“The beds are beautifully packed and prepared for long distance shipping. The beds themselves are really nice, great quality. The instructions are too small to see. The diagrams need to be clearer and larger. It took me at least 2x more like 3x longer to construct a simple oriental platform bed due to poor instructions. I could have used that 3 hours doing something else! I dread construction of the other full-size bed I ordered. I love the product itself. But boo on the awful instructions.”

“We wanted a bed that had a very small footprint and a low head board. The customer service team was responsive and very thoughtful in helping us come up with a bed design that would work for our space. The bed arrived exactly on the day that Get Laid Beds said it would via DHL in four large boxes, even though we are in the US. The quality of the bed is excellent. The wood pieces are solid and fit together well. It took quite a bit of work for two people to build the bed. There were a lot of screws required so we had to use a power drill to finish the job. All in all, we are very impressed by the quality of wood, the bed design and the customer service of this company.”

“I have been happy with the bed, quality and shopping experience, however as a US customer, the shipping experience and Customs handling has been less than ideal. I strongly recommend Get Laid Beds (if offering their beds to US customers) finds a way to streamline shipping to US and take ownership of filling out any customs forms or collect information sooner so that customers do not have to deal with 2 other parties (shipping company and customs). It has added multiple delays and different threads to get delivery figured out. In addition, there is not mention in the website of not offering white glove service in the US which was a surprise to us. Besides that great product and support.”

“I am a very large person, 6’ 4” and over 400 pounds. I have a nice mattress which is another ~150 pounds. I have had two bed frames collapse, both were cheap metal ones. But the wooden frame I purchased here is amazing! Very sturdy, very easy to assemble, and looks fantastic! I live in Minnesota and chose a delivery date about two weeks out, it was here 3 days early and in pristine condition! I had one question about my order and they replied within a day and fully answered my question. Excellent product quality, top notch service, and all around smooth experience. I highly recommend get laid beds!”

“This bed is simple to assemble but I was hoping for more elegance. It makes sounds when we lay on it and the worst part is that you can see the bright wood behind the dark wooden frame. I was hoping that for this price they would at least color the wood under the mattresse. It is an expensive product for the value I got. I can return it cause it is not damaged. And alsoThe item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. And also it costs to return.”
